With the increase in costs associated with ICT, Rentention Range has taken an initiative to produce a range of affordable Desktop Computers for the people and businesses across all sectors of the economy. Their Brand, RETENTION, brings to the nation RETENTION CLASSIC for home and office, RETENTION EDU tailored for students from Pre Schools to tertiary and RETENTION LEGACY for Office and home use.
Rention Range is a 100% citizen owned company based in Gaborone, Botswana. The company advocates for a measure of retention in the money that cutomers spend on ICT. This necessary retention range in software purchases and computer hardware can only be achieved through Software Freedom presented by Open Source Solutions.

June 2, 2017 – .riess application gmbh, an open source development company based in Germany have partnered with Retention Range in Botswana. .riess applications are certified LibreOffice Migrators and Trainers and this partnership therefore gives Retention Range access to services in those two critical areas.
